I bought 2 of this system to get a total of 8 cameras and have an extra NVR as a backup. The system is very easy to install since cameras are wireless and has a strong wi fi signal that worked very well in my new house. Only one camera was to far to work wireless but one of the best features of this system is that it works wired too!!!!.The software is very easy to use and I can watch may cameras from every where I am using internet. Configuration of the system is very easy since the cameras came already linked to the NVR. Extras cameras (from the other system) should be reseted from its own system and paired again with the one I was using but it was easy too. The hard drive store about 130 days of video history with 4 cameras but since I am using 8 it is just about 15 days. Hard drive is upgradable but it is just fine for me with that size (2TB)One feature I will appreciate is that they update the software to work with Alexa, since I have many Amazon Echo Show at home.I use the system in Spanish since this is my native language, but the system works in many languages too.This was the best Price/benefit system I could find on Amazon. Highly recommended.

Update- Have arrived at the 8-month mark and after first Upstate NY winter. Cameras have held up very well, no sign of weathering or change in picture quality. Have had no problem with wireless connecting even after power outages. Still wish the cameras were a little less sensitive as they pick up blowing leaves, insects, snow, etc. but very minor issue and the also pick up the things their supposed to faces, people etc. Overall happy with the purchase and feel like got my monies worth, would recommend. Have updated rating to 5 Stars, (would say 4.9 due to camera sensitivity).Don't normally wright reviews but thought this warranted it. Install went smoothly, cameras connected right off. No technical problems at all. Picture is surprisingly clear and night vision is top notch. Motion detection might be a little sensitive, but this is just initial suspicion as have not had it long term yet. Quality of cameras seems good, all-in-one screen and recorder seem little cheap but works good so far. Wish the print and cursor were bigger or adjustable. very small. Speaker is a little sensitive but continuing adj of the volume might find the sweet spot. No problems with reception, good strong signal. Didn't give 5 stars as durability and reliability will be the 5th one and need some time for that. Overall good purchase so far. Would recommend based on first impression.

I rarely write reviews but I know I had to. I was in need of a high quality security camera system and was researching for the best money to quality ratio and came across this OOSSXX brand. The setup was very easy to install by yourself. The box also came with a straightforward guide for extra features if you want to activate such as the audio function, AI human/face recognition. I came across an issue and I quickly emailed the OOSSXX support team and they replied in less than a day due to time zone difference. I have to give them credit for being very responsive and willing to solve your issues. OOSSXX has by far the best support experience out of the other brands you see on Amazon. I would say give them a try!

My husband ordered this system and left it for me to set up, since I am slightly more tech savvy than he is. I am pretty technically challenged but managed to set this system up fairly easily. The video it returns is very clear, even the night vision, and we have had zero problems with them staying connected. When set to pick out humans, they do so pretty well and ignore dogs etc. I suppose if I had any complaints it would be that we have gotten cobwebs on the cameras and when they go to night vision the cobwebs obscure the cameras some and the wind blowing them around made the motion detectors see humans that were not there and kept setting off the alarm. We just attached a microfiber cloth to a stick and clean the cobwebs off regularly and this took care of the problem. Overall it is a great system for the price.

Update 08/02/2024Just a little over a year since purchase and the system is going to the trash. The cameras starting failing one by one within a week of each other. All cameras are dead. I'm done with this system.update 12/01/2023While communication with the vendor leaves a bit to be desired they do however stand by their product. They send me a new camera that arrived yesterday. So the system is still working great and the new camera works as designed.Update: 11/26/2023The positive review below was done about a week after installing and using the system in June of this year. However, within five months one of the cameras stopped working. I contacted their customer service and it's been over a week now and no help. They responded with request for "home address and telephone number" and I have not heard from them since I provided them with the info. Now this system suppose to have 2 year warranty. I this is how they handle the warranty support I would stay away from any product offering from this company. I originally gave them 5 star and now I dropped them to 1 star. I will provide further updates as appropriate.I've had this system for a week and it works great. I love the app alerts for motion detection. It's a short video of the incidents. In addition, it comes with 2 terabyte hard drive where you can playback any particular instance. Picture clarity is awesome. Customer service is excellent and usually respond within 24 hours. If you have Gmail than it's possible that email alert messages from this system may not work for you because Gmail has blocked access to application it deem as a potential security risk. Although the company claims that they can make gmail work. I don't care to receive emails. The app alerts on my phone are plenty fine for me. The price is right and when you register the product you get an additional 1 year warranty. 2 year warranty in total. Based on my personal experience this is a great deal.
