How can I remove the plastics film around the heating elements?

I sent it back because I could not remove all the white film. They should not put all surface areas maybe only around the outside. Not under the heated tray.

Comencé la venta de mini pancakes y estaba muy indecisa por escoger una buena máquina .. y en verdad la recomiendo muchísimo, es buena calentando, no gasta tanta luz como otras que e mirado y como cuenta con 2 divisiones puedes ocupar solo un lado si así lo deseas y no desperdicias corriente en la otra parte
