I've used a similar product before. Love this heat bond hem. The adhesion holds up when washed and does just what it's supposed to. A seem Cane or if one of my favorite dresses for work and this took just a couple of minutes to correct the issue and be unnoticeable.

Very functional and easy to use. I would definitely read the instructions prior to use. I get a lot of clothing online and have to hem pieces from time to time. It doesn’t work on all fabric and washing is iffy. Overall I have a pair of pants that have held up through tons of wear and wash and ones that fell apart at first wash. Just don’t be lazy like me and you’ll be fine!

I unfortunately do not know how to sew. I had an event which called for a long dress, and did not have time to get it to a tailor. I was nervous about using an iron on adhesive, but this was so easy to use! My dress came out amazing, and you cannot tell that it self-altered at all. I can't believe that I had never used this before. The hem is incredibly strong, and just melts so it doesn't look thick or bulky once under the fabric. I love it! There is lots of tape in this roll, so it will last for multiple pieces of clothing.

Best iron on stitching . I wash my uniform over and over and patch never falls off . Great value for the price easy to use . You won’t notice it’s iron on my work shirt

Does not hold very well

I recently purchased the Heat Bond Fabric Tape to experiment with some patching on clothes. While my particular experiment didn't yield the results I was hoping for, I can't fault the performance of this tape. The tape did its job admirably well. It adhered securely to the fabric, holding it in place effectively. I appreciated how easy it was to use, although using an iron was a bit of an inconvenience for me. Despite my experiment not turning out as expected, I believe the fault lies more with my technique rather than the tape itself. For anyone looking for a reliable fabric tape for quick fixes or patches, this product is definitely worth considering. Overall, I'm satisfied with the performance of the Heat Bond Fabric Tape and would recommend it to others seeking a simple solution for fabric repairs or alterations.

Purchased for a maxi skirt that was way to long, I’m pretty short so most of my items need taking up. I used this to shorten my skirt by about 2inches and it worked a treat :) The skirt has since been washed and the therm I web is still in place! Definitely worth purchasing

Ich habe den HeatnBond Saum zum Aufbügeln gekauft, um Vorhänge zu kürzen und Textilien ohne Nähmaschine sauber zu verarbeiten. Der Streifen ist 19 mm breit und 7,25 m lang, kommt ordentlich aufgerollt an und war sofort einsatzbereit. Positiv: – Einfache Anwendung: Der Saumstreifen lässt sich sehr leicht zuschneiden, positionieren und aufbügeln. Einfach zwischen die Stofflagen legen, mit dem Bügeleisen (ohne Dampf!) festdrücken – fertig. – Sehr guter Halt: Ich habe damit Vorhänge, Baumwollhosen und sogar Bastelstoffe verarbeitet. Der Halt ist dauerhaft, nichts löst sich – auch nicht nach mehrfachem Waschen. – Saubere Optik: Der Stoff liegt glatt an, die Kanten sehen ordentlich und gleichmäßig aus. Besonders bei dünneren Stoffen wie Gardinen ist das Ergebnis optisch sehr sauber. – Viel Material für viele Projekte: Mit über 7 Metern kommt man sehr weit. Ich habe damit bereits mehrere Anwendungen gemacht und habe noch reichlich übrig. – Vielseitig einsetzbar: Nicht nur zum Säumen – ich habe den Streifen auch bei kleineren Bastelprojekten genutzt, z. B. um Stoffverbindungen zu fixieren. Auch da hält er zuverlässig. Negativ: – Nur für hitzebeständige Stoffe geeignet: Auf empfindlichen Materialien oder hitzeempfindlichen Kunstfasern kann man ihn nicht nutzen – das sollte man vorab prüfen. – Keine Wiederverwendbarkeit: Einmal angebügelt, sitzt der Streifen fest – Korrekturen sind danach kaum möglich. Man sollte also sehr genau arbeiten. Fazit: Wer schnell, sauber und ohne Nähen Stoffe säumen oder fixieren möchte, wird mit dem HeatnBond Saumstreifen zum Aufbügeln absolut zufrieden sein. Die Anwendung ist kinderleicht, das Ergebnis überzeugt in Optik und Haltbarkeit, und die Menge reicht für viele Anwendungen. Für mich ein praktischer Helfer im Haushalt – klare 5 von 5 Sternen!
