Works great!
This product is easy to use and it works great! We had a fly problem in our breakroom but I set one of these up and noticed that within a couple of minutes flies where attracted to the light. After checking the tray in a couple of hours there where over 20 dead flies on the tray. The only issue is the noise level when flies and mosquitos are being zapped other than that it's a great product and works as intended.

Very happy with the performance
Size is great for my application. Easy to empty/clean toasted bug tray.... This product does a really good job. Some may not like the sound level of the zapper, however, we were used to it within a few hours. It destroys the tiny gnat/fly type bugs and has also smoked a few of moths. Pretty confident it would work as well on mosquitos if they are attracted to it. Price is good too.

Efficient and not cumbersome or loud.
This bug zapper is the business! I used it while cleaning out my attic, which is notorious for miller’s. They were attracted to the light and paid me no mind. There were also a host of insects that crawled into the bug zapper that I didn’t even know lived up there. It’s a sturdy little unit ThT is not heavy or cumbersome. I also liked that it’s easy to clean the tray aka the bug grave yard! I’m excited to use this in my garage this summer for car repairs and late game nights on the enclosed patio!Don’t hesitate. This little zapper is a gem!

Works, but very loud!
It’s hard to startle me (I have horses!) but this thing is very sudden and very loud! I jump every time I walk thru the door! But it does collect dead bug carcasses. So I like it!

just waiting for the flying bugs to see the light
I use doordash all the time to order food. When the driver brings my food to the door I leave my door open while talking to them. Now I have a defense against any bugs flying in and finding the blue light. Mine sits on the floor and is a great night light and I'm not married or have children who can walk into it and get a surprise. I'm disabled and cannot stand, I find the rather short chain a joke for someone who could stand. You can sit on a counter or table, the floor works fine. I can't wait to hear zzzzzzzzzzzst!

This thing is useless.
TL;DR: Loud AF and barely killed anything. basically a bright UV nightlight.Ok so, first things first, i originally bought this to get rid of gnats because i noticed they liked light (screens) and someone had mentioned in the questions section that this killed gnats. Okay. Great. I'm all in. Previous gnat traps were unsustainable. So, it arrived in the mail, I plugged it in and waited for the magic to begin..*Spongebob narrator voice*20 days later.... it's killed a total of 5 gnats.. FIVE. If you know anything about gnats, you'll know how laughable that is. LOL. Also, the instructions say the zapping sound is like popcorn.. it is NOT like popcorn. it's much louder, more like those poppers kids throw on the ground.ANYWAY, one day a fruit fly came in and i thought, "at least it might be good for that. cause LOL. it's CAN'T be completely useless." .... NOPE! that little winged demon flew right in, got zapped, and shook it off like a mild hangover. i was SHOOK. But it didn't end there. Round two, it flew right back in! and i thought "second time's gotta be the charm." ...NOPE! Got shocked and got right back up... eventually it got out and i killed it the old fashioned way...I tend to have a comical tone when i talk, but this is serious. This thing is basically useless. At most, it's a dangerous BRIGHT AF UV nightlight... so, purchase accordingly.

Solved a horrible mosquito problem
This purged the mosquitos from the room nicely. I hate them and waking up being bitten sucks. Time to get serious and fight back.

This thing is a beast - 5 stars
This was about $40 on sale. Caution: The first time it snapped, it was so LOUD that I jumped. BUT, I have gotten used to it, and I even am happy I can be in the other room and hear it snap, and I smile because I know it's killed off another nasty bug. INDOOR ONLY. Put in a safe place where kids and animals don't knock over or you can also hang it. Keep away from moisture/water. I have mine set up in a corner on top of a bookshelf away from everyone and everything. This thing is so powerful it will throw small pieces of bug shrapnel around the area in front and back of the unit altho there is a catch tray for the dead bugs. When I used this in conjunction with the plug ins (see review) and the rechargeable fly swatter (see review), I eradicated about 95% of the insects in the house in about 2 days. I had an infestation of fruit gnats. I thought it was just bad housekeeping on my part, but several people said they had problems this year as well. Well worth $40 to me. 5 stars.
