Great product, can imagine these will be fitted to houses as standard in future, just like shaving sockets! Much more convenient than trailing cables. Some users reported hearing a buzzing noise in reviews I read, but the unit I got was completely inaudible/silent - you can't hear it at all. Charges toothbrushes at least as well as the charger supplied with the toothbrush.

Nice quality, quite expensive for what it is but I couldn't find any alternative. It's easy enough to install if you are familiar with electrics. You'll need an extra deep double gang box. Seems to charge just as well as standard charger. What I really like is the small lip round the edge of the base which stops dirty mouth water running off the side and down your wall.

Installed a twin charger from ProofVision as part of a bathroom refurbishment. Sadly 18 months in it has stopped working. However I reached out via email to ProofVision directly along with a digital copy of my Amazon invoice and they immediately agreed to honour the 2 year warranty and send a replacement unit out so I cannot fault the customer service. While it seems this may be a quality/design issue i am hoping that the replacement will last a bit longer than it's predecessor. For those people complaining about bad customer service remember that you need to reach out to the manufacturer for warranty claims and NOT the supplier (whether that be Amazon or via Amazon Marketplace sellers). As long as you can show your purchase was within 2 years you should have no problem. You can contact their customer service via phone or email. I sent an email directly to customer service with a PDF of my Amazon invoice and had a replacement shipped the next day. 4 Star rating (one knocked off as it failed so early but hopefully the replacement will be better).

Have had this for 7 months and finally getting around to leaving it a review It’s a great enables the toothbrushes to be stored and fully charged all the time with no dangling wires or mess in the bathroom Wipes clean and the useless shavers socket is no more! Would be great if they sold one with more docks for toothbrushes especially for larger families

Dubious at first. Felt the right weight, but didn't look well constructed. Fitted to the wall using a 47mm fast fix box. Cut a 20mm hole to allow the heat to disapate from the box. Looks good on the wall and charges 2x toothbrushes perfectly fine. In the end I was very happy.

I would have put 0 stars if I could, 1 side of the dock no longer works, customer service is non-existent would strongly avoid this seller at all cost poor quality product which doesn’t last long, would have had better things to say if a customer service tried to come to a solution about replacing the item or a partial refund but they brought the bad review on themselves and decide to ignore all contact UPDATE: it was replaced but the new unit lasted 2 years, again 1 side of the dock doesn’t work and was wired to a switch so it wasn’t on constant so was only switched on about once a fortnight, the product uses very cheap internal parts which do not last very longer, and with the price having nearly doubled since i last bought one I will be looking for an alternative

Really well designed: this feels and looks like a quality product. Expensive but worth the money. Bathroom is much tidier without the cables and we can charge 2 handles at the same time (large family so we have a few to charge!). The unit I received had no-maintenance spring connections rather than screw terminals so it was also easy to fit using 1mm T+E.

Works as expected. Note that this can't directly replace an existing vertical shaver socket, since this one is horizontal. Great for new installation where there is space.
