Yes these cases aren’t cheap, but the quality is outstanding. It’s a really solid and well made case, with quality materials. The design of the stand is really good, especially with the incorporated magnets. It makes it all very solid and stiff when the stand is in use. The ruggedness and drop protection is great, the case part of the cover is really beefy and thick and the fit is nice and snug. My only criticism is where the Apple Pencil would sit. The case is a bit thin and floppy in this area. I don’t have an Apple Pencil, don’t need one, and never intend on purchasing one, so I wish they offered the case without a pencil slot. This is a small issue though and wouldn’t stop me purchasing the cover again. The iPad does feel quite a bit heavier with case on, but this is just a general observation and I think is a sign of how solid and well made these products are. The front flap part of the case fits perfectly solid and secure when in the closed position and doesn’t flop or slide about. I really like this as this is my pet hate with some of these folio style covers. The internal soft touch materials are nice as well. I have seen some reviews comment on the change of material on the inside of the folio flap. What is used now is still a nice soft material, but does feel very hard wearing at the same time. It doesn’t scream out dust and lint magnet, and equally I wouldn’t be worried at all about it causing any abrasion or scratches to the screen. I have a cheapish tempered glass screen protector fitted to my iPad and the case fits perfectly fine with the screen protector causing no issues with lifting or bubbling round the edges. In fact they work together perfectly so I don’t imagine any glass screen protectors having issues with this case. I would certainly recommend this case/cover to any iPad owner and will be considering Zugu products for all of my devices going forward.

Bought myself a new iPad & immediately grabbed a cheap n cheerful case to arrive alongside it, the case was OK I guess but a little basic & the folio screen cover a little weak. Saw reviews of various alternatives & the Zugu looked great with soft lined inners & a secure holder for the Pencil built in, it looked like it could take a beating too but then I saw the price WTF.......I umm'd & ahh'd but eventually FOMO took over & I bought one. Just arrived & breaking the seal on the box released this wonderful aroma, like a floral scented Leather combo. Inside there was an A4 size 'Thank You' card which was textured & looked like pebbled / tumbled Leather & then, the case itself was wrapped inside branded crepe paper & was clearly a well thought out & extremely well made piece of kit. Fits like a glove, the screen flap is secure, as too the Pencil holder &, there's multiple angles to the folding stand on top. Yes, they're not cheap & I really wanted the Olive Green version but that was £12 more than the Black one I purchased at £66 ? Having spent north of £500 on an iPad I'm guessing this case will probably outlive it, just buy one.

Great corner and all round protection without being too heavy. Good range of slope angles that hold well due to the embedded magnets. So not recommended for pacemaker users to carry in their arms! The apple pencil sits nicely in the slot without falling out or getting knocked off going downstairs. All ports easily accessible and the dip over the main button for the thumb print recognition helps make it more accurate as your finger sits in it neatly. I am using it for the 2025 iPad Air, and it feels much safer than the apple own brand case which was just hopeless and kept coming off! Good build quality (compared to my usual otterbox which is also good but heavier) good space around the charge port for robust cables. All in all a great case.

The case is beautiful and very study, yet slick and not too bulky. Exactly what I wanted. The magnet is strong and works really well. It’s clearly a high quality case. However, 4 stars because I didn’t realise it would be so heavy. It’s made my iPad very heavy to hold and carry.

Very good case, magnets are strong. Many possible positions for the horizontal position:. I would think about an option for the small possible incline for the vertical option when writing with a pencil. Material is robust and nice to feel. Hope the pencil holder on the back will be holding over time and the holders of the pencil during the charging will not let it fall down keeping the grip of the pencil.

Little expensive but worth every penny, screams quality and fits like a glove

As other reviews have mentioned, this is not a cheap case and there’s always that reluctance to spend so much on a brand you haven’t heard of. Well, I took the recommendations and decided to purchase it. The case came the next day and I was blown away. Firstly, It’s beautifully packaged, presented clearly as a top end item. There’s even a card with info about the founder and owner of this company and about the pride he has in his product. You can even contact him. How many companies do that these days? I spent a lot of money on my new iPad Air and the moment I’d slipped it into this case it was immediately clear that this exceeded my expectations. A nicely snug fit, no chance of it coming out. The fit and finish is impeccable and the way the front cover closes is a joy, a perfect fit, not almost or pretty good, it closes so perfectly that it reassures every time that this is absolutely reliable protection. There’s simply nothing I can fault about this case. It’s quite simply the best I’ve ever seen. Sturdy, beautifully designed, high quality and a custom fit that’s as close to perfect as you can get. Furthermore, it looks absolutely great, classy and understated. Hesitate no more, you won’t be disappointed.

C'est une coque de qualité ça se sent tout de suite quand on place l'iPad dedans, tout s'juste parfaitement. Le défaut majeur à mon sens est le support pour Apple pencil qui est beaucoup trop mou et comme moi j'utilise ma tablette principalement en mode portrait cette coque n'est pas très bien adaptée a cet usage, malheureusement comme la majorité des coques existantes, comme si tout le monde utilisaient leur tablette en position paysage ... il faudrait eut être que les concepteurs de coques se mettent un peu à jour. Mise à jour de mon mon commentaire : Après 2 ans et demi d'utilisation journalière je peux affirmer de cette coque est vraiment de très bonne qualité, super pratique, super solide 2 ans et demi après elle n'a pas du tout vieilli, et après avoir fait tomber mon iPad plusieurs fois je dois reconnaitre qu'elle offre une excellente protection, je la recommande vivement et si je prend la peine de reprendre mon précédent commentaire c'est qu'elle vaut vraiment la peine.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem ZUGU Case. Die Hülle sitzt perfekt auf meinem iPad Air und fühlt sich sehr hochwertig an. Kein billiges Plastik, sondern robustes, angenehmes Material. Das Design ist schlank, elegant und schützt trotzdem zuverlässig. Besonders praktisch sind die acht stabilen Aufstellwinkel, die sich für jede Situation eignen – ob Video schauen, Zeichnen oder Schreiben. Was mir besonders positiv aufgefallen ist: Entgegen vieler anderer Cases wurde hier auf den Fingerabdruckknopf geachtet. Bei vielen Hüllen sind die Aussparungen dafür viel zu klein oder schlecht platziert. Hier aber wurde wirklich mitgedacht – die Aussparung ist leicht vertieft, sitzt genau auf Höhe des Knopfes und ist breit genug, um den Finger bequem aufzulegen. Auch das Drücken funktioniert einwandfrei. Alleine das zeigt, wie durchdacht dieses Case ist – top! Das magnetische System ist sehr stark und hält das iPad bombenfest, sogar an metallischen Oberflächen. Auch die automatische Sleep Wake Funktion arbeitet zuverlässig, und der Apple Pencil wird magnetisch geladen, ohne dass man irgendetwas extra machen muss. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, aber kein Sternabzug: Der magnetische Ständer auf der Rückseite lässt sich anfangs etwas schwer lösen. Das zeigt aber auch, dass die Magnetkraft wirklich stark ist – lieber so, als wenn alles wackelt. Insgesamt eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Ein durchdachtes Premium Case, das jeden Cent wert ist.

To only downside of this iPad case is the price, but the high quality usually come expensive. My only concern was about the color. I ordered it in red and my worries was about how the color look like. When I opened it from the package, all my concerns disappear. The red looks classy, it is not very bright and I'm more than happy. Very easy to install and to use it in different position.
