I was low on Zinc and read great reviews for this supplement. Zinc tends to upset my stomach but this one hasn't given me any side effects at all. It arrived in good condition, nothing stuck together like I saw on a few other reviews. Overall I am happy! I will have my levels checked again in a month or so and will update my review again.
