Another pepper, but this time from France
If the recipe calls for it and I can get it here, I give it a try. That was case with this pepper. These rate pretty low on the Scoville scale, so no worries about overuse. Adds interesting flavor and color and not much heat.

Nice, light spiciness… but pricey for quantity
This is a lovely spice, with a subtle spiciness. I wouldn’t say too spicy, as my kids have no issues eating this. We enjoy dusting on steak, before grilling. It’s a tad pricey for the amount you get.

Delicious. I use it all the time.
I first heard about this spice from my man Gordon Ramsey (for those unfamiliar with his YouTube presence, he does wonderful cooking videos on there. No yelling, no criticism, just beautiful recipes from a man who clearly loves to cook. He’s like the Bob Ross of food. In some videos he even teaches his kids how to cook, which is quite charming). I tried tracking it down at several local stores and couldn’t find it anywhere, so I turned to Amazon and was able to find this bottle for a reasonable price. It’s decently powerful, so this little bottle should last long enough that the price doesn’t become a hindrance. It’s flavor profile is pretty strong, so you don’t need a ridiculous amount, and it’s slightly hotter than paprika but a little less so than cayenne. I actually find myself using just this with salt and pepper on my sausage, steaks, and burgers. When I am working with pork chops I’ll add a little paprika as well.In any case, it’s become my go to seasoning. I even read somewhere that in France, they use this exclusively in place of black pepper.

Delicious!I've never used this type of spice before and I like spicy food but only if it's very mild and this is just the right amount of heat without the burn.It is a lot smaller that I thought it would be so either use very little or be selfish and make food for yourself! :)This spice not only adds a little heat to your food but also color. Baked chicken, to me, looks so gross unless is covered in bread crumbs or cheese etc. this spice also helps hide the chicken look and gives it a nice color. Topped with some greens it looks so tasty. The one thing I can compare it to is tajin but without the sour notes. If anyone's familiar with it.So delicious just wish there was more of it.Sample provided for my evaluation and honest review.

Just the right amount of heat
I can’t rave enough about this pepper! It’s delicate yet gives a touch of silky heat! Add a sprinkle on top of any sauce when playing if you’re looking for more heat without being hot! Such a different dimension of flavor 🥰🥰🥰💫💫💫

A nice chili addition to my other spices
I bought this specifically to make a chili seasoned pork shoulder. The sweetness of this spice combined nicely with some smoky paprika and hot cayenne.
