One patch equals 1 pack of cigarettes. I will tell you this..........Put it on first thing in the morning and take it off right before you go to bed. If you don't, you might get vivid nightmares........................Since I've been using this Step 1 Nicoderm Patch, I only smoke 3 cigs a day and now all the coughing went away and I can really smell my food now. ..............The cost comes out to be $2.78 a day.
