I am updating this review and bumping up the stars because I found a perfect way to use this product. This is such a great lip moisturizer before you apply matte lipstick. It is moisturizing but not too glossy or oily to apply the lip stick. Now I use this product in the morning before applying lip stick and it helps to moisturize my lips for quite a long time without damaging lip stick. I would give minimum star for this item. It does not work at all and also is very watery, so it is hard to apply to your lip. Its moisture only lasts for just few minutes.

It definitely has more of a lotion consistency. It goes on smooth and feels nice. My lips are dry often and I’m always putting on lip balm. This lip cream is pleasant to use and add to my lip moisturizing stash.

Nice product but I need a lot of moisturizer, even in the deep corners of my mouth and this comes out kind of creamy and easily gets into my mouth. Tastes oddly like a strange chemical version of cookie dough. After two days of use my lips actually seem a bit more cracked. I might just have that rare skin type this product doesn’t totally agree with. Plain Vaseline always works perfectly for me and at a much lower cost. But this product does feel nice and soothing when applied. And I appreciate the spf protection. I’ll be saving this to use at the beach.

This is a great. no-frills overnight lip treatment. It has the consistency of a lotion, so it provides lip moisture without making my lips feel sticky or greasy. It doesn't taste like much of anything, and it doesn't have any minty or cooling agent in it, which is good because even though that stuff is soothing, it often leads to drying once the cooling effect wears off. This just provides soothing moisture.

As other reviews state, this is more like a lotion than a lip balm. No heavy scent and it feels good on my lips. It will definitely be used frequently. The price does seem to be a little steep for what you get, though.
