Super tip: After a cheat meal, have a tablespoon full of mct oil with warm water to get into ketosis faster! :)

My plan was to make a bullet proof coffee as a morning routine. I found this organic which adds to the product quality. It is unflavored and so you can add to salads or coffee without changing the original taste. I added 1tbsp to my instant coffee to make me feel satiated for a longer time in the morning before hitting my first meal later. I wish if they made it a glass container instead of plastic.b

Awful. I've had this before but this batch was either off or something had gone wrong. It had a strong odour, made my coffee taste awful and upset my stomach. I've never had a problem with MCT oil before but this one is awful. No option to return or get a refund
