These are perfect for me, as I am intolerant to many other supplement ingredients; cellulose, wood pulp and enemy number 1 for me :potato starch, in many vitamin tablets this can be labelled as maltodextrin. These contain rice bran oil, bovine gelatin, beeswax, glycerin, calcium carbonate, soy lecithin. I need a boost of calcium, due to calcium loss in my bones (osteopenia), but, I cannot consume enough via foods alone. 2 tablets give me 51% of my daily requirement, so not providing 100%, but, that is better for me, as I can eat sardines/salmon/yogurt to obtain the rest. I don't want to rely soley on supplements, it is okay to use them to enhance a healthy(ish) diet. They have magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3 too. Note: they are quite large softgels, also a bit stinky in the jar..but this does not affect your breath. Not suitable for vegetarians, they contain bovine gelatin. Best to take at each softegel at different times, as with most vitamins, your body cannot utilise them all in one go. Also, probably best to take when you have not coiffed caffeinated drinks as this can affect absorbtion of vitamins.

But take advice from your doctor before take supplements like this.

When i received my supplement I just saw that the facts on the back side was totally different then on the picture instead of 500 mg magnesium there Wrote it down 333 mg and all the other facts was totally misleading.

I needed a dental implant, and this supplement was recommended to me to help ensure the success of my implant. The capsule is a bit large, but I've gotten used to it. I take 3 after lunch and 3 after dinner. It's working.

I was so excited to try the soft gel capsules but to my surprise this is very big capsules to swallow. It say take with food but putting these 2 together can be a joke hazard. It hurts to swallow this and you can feel how difficult it is going down, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I had to consume some firm to help this go down completely. Tip: If you have a weekly medicine tray it's good to put the capsules in there instead of the container it comes in. The air help in soften the capsules and makes it easier to swallow.

I have been looking for a good vitamin and when I read the ingredients in the stores I get discouraged. I finally asked my daughter what she uses and she recommended this brand. I am in my seventies and I know that I need Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D-3 and Zinc especially. Was thrilled that they were all in this along with being softgels. Just started taking them! Feel better just knowing that I have started on a new regimen.

A very different capsule size. Not a fan. Does the job though from all indicators. 4/5 stars

I started taking these bc I had ostopenia. Now my bone density looks much better. I haven't had tests in a long time bc the last one looked so good due to me taking these. The magnesium mixed with the calcium makes this a non constipating formula. And since they are soft gels, they are easier to swallow than the caplets.
