Bought my Victoria Wallaroo 10 years ago for £26.88 and wondered at the time if I was wasting my money. I have used it every summer since. It has been on countless holidays, flattened into many sizes of suitcase and still looks good. Comfortable to wear. Hand washes in cool water and dries quickly. Love it

Baulked a little at the price of Wallaroo hats when first looking for an anti-uv hat last year, but all was forgiven when I received it, and one year later I love it even more. It has been rolled up in a rucksack, crumpled in a case, jammed into a shoulder bag for day trips and always comes out more or less in perfect shape-give or take the odd crinkle which soon drops out. It's been worn up a Welsh mountain, all around Rome, and its latest trip was on a narrowboat during last week's heatwave, where it protected my face and neck during several hours of skippering every day, in temperatures above 30 degrees C. The drawstring crown adjustment is great as it can be tightened to the perfect fit, or to help it stay on in breezy weather. Its light, airy and stylish enough for city breaks or the beach and it's excellent quality. Well worth the initial investment price, in fact I've just bought another in a different colour. I expect to get many years use out of these. As a fair-skinned redhead I wouldn't be without one during the summers now.

I took this hat on holiday to a hot country recently and was delighted with it. You can alter the fit of it so it will stay comfortably on your head no matter what your hat size. It packs away in your suitcase or backpack and comes out looking immaculate, never losing its shape. It also allows air through so that it doesn't feel hot to wear, and it shades your face and the back of your neck.I wondered if I should pay that much for a sunhat, but I'm so glad I did because it is worth every penny.

Hat was as expected-yet to find out if it will survive in my suitcase. Nice wide brim and good fit. Looking forward to wearing it in the warm weather and sunnier climes. Came in a very useful box which I am using for storage of the hat.

I need to keep the sun off my face this year due to health issues, which was a great excuse to buy a hat. I saw this hat in the dark lilac colour and fell in love, then when I read about how it could be folder etc perfect. It arrived very quickly and came in a flat package, so that was proof it can be folder up and be fine, it has the ties in the rim so you can get it to fit perfectly, and it is so light, you don't feel it on.Very pleased with it, so much so i have bought another couple in the range, one for me and one for a friend. this rim is wide enough to do the job and look quite glam. too. The fact it can be washed (my red hair is not natural) is also a big plus

Well worth the money, it’s a beautiful hat and very useful. This is my fourth Victoria hat but the most colourful. Fits perfectly, and sometimes I add a 🌺 flower to it. Many people have commented on how lovely these hats look. So useful to have in your wardrobe.

I was looking for a hat for my holidays that wouldn't arrive totally crushed and this is the hat! It packs flat, & when I arrived at my destination, the Wallaroo was easy to pop pack to its original shape & looks great on. It has a (quite long) drawstring inside, so you can adjust it to fit which is great as I've a pretty small head! The material is good quality - it's finely woven, & I think it will last well. It's extremely lightweight too. Would recommend.

This hat fits well, isn't too hot on your head, is packable in a suitcase, and goes with everything... in addition to its primary purpose of shielding you from the sun. Highly recommend.

I lost my straw colour hat on a vacation and I have never found one as flattering. I couldn’t decide which colour to buy this time so I bought the straw for beach vacations and sand for everyday use! Love them both!

This hat looks terrific and is very well made and durable. It keeps its shape nicely. The brim is exactly the right balance between “wide enough” to offer sun protection, but “narrow enough” to not look ridiculous.
