does this come with the hose and cooler part?

Yes it came complete. ALl you need to do is put it as is in the freezer and bring out when you want to smoke to attach it directly to the hookah pipe

No attachments given, not fitting in the pipe

Ordered it with lot of expectations but am not able to try it as it doesn’t fit in the hukka pipe, there are no attachments given. Tried using it with Khalil sheesha.
