Fantastic healthy AND tasty meals for all the family!!
Really great book which doesn’t talk about dieting but healthy balanced meals and nutrition. My 14 year old daughter wanted it and I was very concerned about her thinking of dieting etc, but this book has taught her all about food, why we need the nutrients, a balanced diet, and both my daughters cook one meal s week for the whole family from the book (I do the rest!!) the instructions are really easy to follow.It’s also really made our meals more interesting, we’ve used ingredients we’ve never used before!

Just didn't get it. :(
I ended up giving this book away. I wanted to sooo desperately like her and the plan I just couldn't get it. Even trying the sweat app it just wasn't working for me.The plans were a little complicated. And some things weren't making much sense.

It is definitely a good book to buy if you are looking to switch ...
It is definitely a good book to buy if you are looking to switch to a healthy but tasty way of eating.I find the HIIT she does a bit extreme for beginners - but it has worked for many people.

Heath and Fitness Bible!!!
As soon as I received the book I started to read it! In my personal opinion I never came across to a such good and well informative book! It explains everything. This is my Number 1 book on Health and Fitness! It’s a Fitness Bible for Me! Plus I just completed the first 3 weeks of Kayla Itsines BBG and I never felt better. Especially now during yet another Lockdown!

Some great recipes but what annoyed me was the wasted food product. Recipes often requires half of a fresh fruit or veg or tin of something!
