I use every day. Gave it a 4 only because you need to be sure to eat carbs before using or it can make you nauseous. Definitely great for immune health!!

There was no detailed suggested way to count how much to take on the bottle label so I contacted Earth Harmony support & here is their suggested use:"The suggested serving size for Zinc Sulfate is 1 mL (20 drops) twice daily, which is equivalent to 40 drops a day. I hope this answers your questions. "

Update: the other 1 star reviews are right. This is not nascent iodine. This is just regular potassium iodide. It says it on the back of the bottle. I still can't tell that this is doing anything for me, so I'm going to find another brand.I've only been taking this for about a week, but I cannot tell that it's doing anything. Some would say that's not long enough to tell. Well, when I was taking the Trace Minerals brand zinc, I noticed results pretty much the first day and for sure by the second! I had energy I hadnt felt in a long time! So, why did I switch? They use citric acid in their formula, and I am allergic to it. It was causing some undesirable side effects. Otherwise, I would still be taking it. On this, I feel sleepy and sluggish and can't tell that it's working at all. I'll try to take it for a month, but I really hoped this would help with energy and mental clarity. I'm basically drinking water at this point from what I can tell.
