Much improvement
Purchased originally Feb 2022, re purchased on Amazon. After getting oral thrush after antibiotics for an ear infection. Figured bacteria was out of sorts. Found an unexpected benefit, suffer with ibs and have seen much improvement. Able to go to the loo easier and more frequent. Less bloated as long as I don’t have anything sweet. Would recommend.

Uncertain as to efficacy !!!
Tried one a day of Vitabiotics Wellbio, as instructed on packet. By day 12, so having taken 12 days of capsules, was having problems with reactions to probiotics. Making me feel very depressed and tearful. I think maybe there was an interaction with my meds??? But not sure. Have stopped taking Wellbio, and the feelings have gone away. Not tried again since.

Quite large tablets bit easy enough to swallow. Take with your main meal and drink plenty of water with it. I have 8bs and my stomach seems to have settled a bit since starting these.
