The "Fake" Leather that fooled my mechanic
I recently picked up a 2023 Honda Accord EX, and while I love the car, the light-colored cloth seats were a magnet for stains. I wanted the leather look without the dealership markup, so I spent a weekend installing this EKR Custom-Fit Leatherette set. The result is so convincing that even the service tech at my local dealership thought they were stock. The "Real World" Experience: • The Fitment: These aren't your typical "baggy" universal covers. They are tailored exactly to the 11th Gen Accord seats. Once they are cinched down, there is zero sliding or bunching. The 4-layer construction adds a nice bit of extra padding that actually makes the seats feel slightly more supportive than the factory cloth. • Aesthetics: The stitching matches the factory patterns, and the texture is remarkably close to genuine leather—it’s soft, not that sticky "plastic" feel you get with cheap vinyl. • Safety & Tech: I was worried about the side airbags and heated seats. The side seams are designed to burst if the airbags deploy, and my seat heaters still work perfectly through the material, though they take about 60 seconds longer to reach full temp. The Installation (Read this before you buy!): • Time Commitment: Budget at least 3 to 4 hours. This is not a "slip-on and go" project. • The "Tuck": To get that professional look, you have to really put some muscle into tucking the material into the plastic trim of the seats. My fingers were sore for two days, but the provided orange tuck tool is a lifesaver. • Rear Seat Tip: For the 2023 model, removing the rear bench seat makes the process much easier for the bottom cover. There’s a single bolt and two clips; look it up on YouTube before you start. One Minor Gripe: The center console cover is a bit of a tight squeeze. It fits, but it takes some patience to get it lined up so the latch still clicks shut properly. Also, the headrest covers have a zipper on the bottom that is slightly visible if you don't tuck it in perfectly. Bottom Line: If you have the patience for a difficult install, these are the best interior upgrade you can buy for the money. They protect the original seats for resale value and look incredibly premium.

Brilliant look, accurate fit, great quality, very affordable, wonderful support
Perfectly custom fit for the 9th generation (2013-2017) Honda Accord sedan. Installed on a 2013 Accord LX sedan and the result was amazing (see photos). Enhanced the interior look of the car. These leatherette covers made cleaning the car a breeze! No more stain or pet hair sticking in the fabric :) It also came with a very nice center console cover with the same color and material. The wrinkles smooth out gradually. Customer service was very helpful; I asked them to customize the covers with black stitches. They have a variety of options even for the cars that are not listed on their page, you can ask them. This was one of the best purchases I made this year, also arrived very fast. Installation: Watch the videos on their YouTube channel (search for Lingyue seat covers). It is a DIY installation and doesn’t require any tools or expertise; it might take a few hours if this is the first time you install seat covers. It will facilitate the process if you wear gloves to protect your hands and use an auto removal kit to tuck seat covers under the edges of eats. Front seat covers: Front seat covers are easy to install after you watch their videos. Important note: Front seats have airbags on the side towards the windows; keep in mind to match the airbag deployable side of each front top cover with the airbag position on front seats. Back seat cover – Top part (“the backrest” - 1 piece in the middle): Pull the fold-down latch in the trunk to release the backrest. Put the cover on it and fasten the Velcro strips all the way around the back side. Make sure the designed seat belt holes on the cover go around each seat belt. Back seat cover – Top part (“side bolsters” - 2 pieces on the sides): There is a 10 mm bolt on each side that needs to be removed; then the assembly will slide up easily. For this section, I strongly recommend to search for “how to remove the rear seat on a 9th Gen Honda Accord” on YouTube; the video will help tremendously. For each side bolster, put the cover on, tie the straps to each other and put it back on (the exact reverse procedure for disassembly). Back seat cover – Bottom part: You’d need to partially take out the bottom rear seat as the bench cover has several straps that should go under the bench to be secured. To remove the bottom part, stick your fingers where the bench meets the carpet. You will feel where the bench anchors to the frame. There is a plastic clip around that area. Push the seat down a bit, and at the same time pull back on the clip, then the seat upwards. There is one clip on each side of the bench (2 in total). Optional for best installation: You can completely take the bench out; there is a 10 mm bolt connecting the bottom seat to the metal frame of the car which can be unscrewed with a ratchet.

I disliked the oem cloth Sport seats, but you cannot get a manual transmission in a Touring model. Now I have the best of both worlds! The fit looks and feels pretty much OEM. However, they will only look as good as the amount of effort you put into fitting them together nicely! I highly recommend disconnecting the battery and removing the front and rear seats to get it to fit perfectly, it’s worth it! Took me about 3.5 hours from start to finish, I’m experienced with DIY stuff.

Good quality (makes my LX a LX-L looks like stock leather seats) ) for the price and good fit. Having said that, the installation is easy if you do it in a hot sunny day.
