Item was as per description. Also, adjustable hydraulic and backrest is really comfortable. Only the down side is the middle chest side curves are too much inward cause discomfort in long run. If they are a bit outward or the center area is a little bit wider would be better as I've a wider chest so, it's a point you need to consider before buying it. Overall my experience is good with this gaming chair 👍🏼

it's a very good chair but I had to dedicate a star because of the unclear instructions sheet and the back pillow is not that comfortable but overall its a good gaming chair

I've had the chair for about a week, it allowed me to do more work and take less breaks. Although one compliant I had is that it came with missing screws, but the issue was resolved by Mahmayi and they sent a team over. overall, I'm satisfied with the price and the chair, would recommend it.

I really did not like this chair. First of all the quality is kind of bad. Secondly, I don’t know if it’s just me but I’m kind of short and the upper pillow is really high and it’s hurts my neck and then I would get a really bad headache and it’s not comfortable at all. I had to get rid of the upper pillow so I could be a little more comfortable but it still hurts the back of my head since there is plastic surrounding the holes. I’ve had it for almost a month now or two and it already is creaking and making sounds and the hand rest is already moving I would totally not recommend this chair. It is absolutely not worth the money.

Chair is good but the gas cylinder is of very bad quality and had to be replaced only one month after regular usage

While it's a good chair to look at and reasonably comfortable as well. It is really bad in terms of quality, it makes soo many squeaking sounds right from the first day. Plus the delivery guy didn't really care about the product, he assembled the product outside on the road and then proceeded to drive it on its wheels on the road and pavement to bring it to my apartment. Overall, given the option, i would not buy it again.

Very comfortable and relaxing chair. It is not plastic like plastic, you know. I mean quality is excellent, gas lift is really good and you can feel the leather as well. For me, overall it looks decent and not cheap. Shoutout to seller for good packaging and fast transaction.

Before buying the chair I had read many of these reviews stating that the chair is really bad in quality and it will break while , I ignored this reviews I decided to give the chair a try and it was nothing like the bad reviews that chair working properly with nothing breaking and no damage all the parts were included to assemble the chair . I am very happy from the chair.
