I had a difficult time finding a 3x5 recipe box, so was happy to find this one. I like the way a recipe can be stood on the lid. It seems sturdy. I put a picture in the front of mine. The lid doesn’t latch in any way, but I’m hoping the hinges will last longer than those on a cheap plastic index card box like I had before. It looks nicer anyway.

I love the quality of this box, it's so much more than what I had imagined. It's perfect for storing my 3x5 index cards. It's heavier and sturdier than what I expected. I would definitely purchase this again.

This recipe box is just what we needed - I dropped a previous one of a different style and the lid broke. Now I want a 2nd one and they are no longer available. I'm writing this in hope that the seller will see and try to get them again. It is wonderful. I can put one recipe in the front, see through area in the box and one on top. Very handy! Also, it looks great out on the counter and is easy to manage. Hoping it returns soon.

Ordered this box to start a file folder of birthdays. It is very sturdy and made of thick acrylic. Not flimsy or lightweight at all. Was actually surprised by the weight of it. Would recommend

The box is sturdy. The pictures did make me think it was going to come with dividers but it does not. Will hold a lot of cards though so I'm happy with it.

I was looking for an easy recipe box, and this is exactly what I wanted. It is sleek, and perfect. I love the lip on the edge of the top to hold a recipe while I'm cooking, and I like the sleek design that makes it stand out from the old boring plastic design of most of these boxes that look like crayon boxes from middle school art class. This is a classy, but not a massive, fancy wooden box with decorative words and designs on it which I would have hated. Then I receive and it has a moustache sticker inside, well, of course I have to add that! PERFECTION!!!!!

I got this for my mom because her old recipe holder is older than I am and falling apart! So I wanted a sturdy holder. So I got her this and she loves it! She says it works great, easy to use and has room for her to rewrite her recipe on fancy cards.

Sleek, and the rounded corners are nice, adding a bit of elegance. I like the integrated card holder, though I tend to just lay the recipe card flat on top of all the others, so it's protected from spills beneath the clear lid. It seems sturdy enough to last, and has survived being dropped twice. Highly recommended--it's the little things that make life easier.
