Does the job.
Good enough to add padding while doing home exercise. But not enough friction when you’re too sweaty. Cant hold planking for long as my arms sliding. But its a good mat.

The mat come without the carrying strap
It's cleary mention even the picture show it ! It s meant to come with a carrying strap. But unfortunately we have recieved nothing with the mat so not easy to carry at school for my daughter. Otherwise the thickness look correct it's a good product for the price just miss the carrying strap
