The sizes are accurate, or at least that's what I've experienced. I'm not entirely sure about the quality or how long the belt lasts, as I haven't had it for very long, but it seems pretty durable, and it's nice quality. No surprises here, the product is what it says it is.

I like it alot it's good quality and not cheaply made looks to me like it will last a long time
