I’m addicted! These have such a great flavor. I got a chocolate kit for Christmas and got these to make some candy… So far I’ve never gotten that far, because I’m eating them all before I get there. LOL!

Great for melting and came out great in the molds I bought ( frogs).The taste was good but could not finish what I made, chocolate was over powering).

Growing up, my mother ran a candy and bake shop. She only used Merckens Chocolate. I have tried many brands in the last 40 years, and I alwas come back to Merckens. It is great for chocolate molds and chocolate candy making. It is the best for melting and comes right out of my molds.

My grandsons made chocolate covered gram crackers prior to Christmas. this chocolate was a real winner. Melted quickly, smooth application and no bloom to the chocolate finish. Highly recommend!!.

I have used Merckens milk chocolate for many years. Either Merckens has changed their formula in the last year or this is dark chocolate mislabeled. The only other alternative is that this company advertised this as Merckens and it is not.
