Solid power bank!
Plenty of power to recharge an ipad or iphone. Enough power to substantially add battery life to a laptop. The power bank is small for what it does and I think the size is quite nice, but others may feel it’s a little too heavy. I do not think most people would be disappointed at the size considering this is 20,000mAh.It holds its charge when not being used for at least a week or two (I have not had it long enough to test it for longer periods yet.)It does not run hot.The only relative negative is that it takes about 4.5 hours to recharge from empty. This is not too long, but may require some planning depending on the situation. Other power banks are out that can recharge faster, but they are heavier, more expensive, and may require to be plugged into a high powered charger in order to obtain the faster charge. This power bank is inexpensive for what you get. One very nice thing is that this charges through C to C, C to lightening, and not just USB-A.I do think the shipping took a couple of extra days versus 1 day, but this was disclosed when I bought it.It did arrive on the day promised.I highly recommend this power bank for anyone that needs more than a daily phone charge. Great for traveling, long airplane flights. For a daily phone charge get the Anker with 10,000mAh and C to C charging (in and out).

Fast charger bank with plenty of capacity
Works great and fast charges my Samsung phone several times easily on a charge. Nice that it comes with 2 cables to allow usb c to usb c and older usb to usb c.

Great for charging devices, could double as a brick.
Quality is great, I purchased this in June of 2024 and as of August 2025 it still works great. I get about 2 1/2 charges on my iphone 16 with it. The usb-c charges very fast, however the usb-b takes awhile to fully charge a device and doesn't work great if you are actively using the device. It is also quite heavy so if you need to break a window or something it will get the job done.

Anker small device and laptop portable charger.
Works well. Charges up slower that it charges other devices. Use at least a 30 watt charger (USB-C to USB-C) to recharge it. A 5 watt charger will take overnight to charge it up.It is a little large though and can not be used on air flights and may not even be allowed to fly on some airlines as baggage, you will need to check if that is your purpose.

Power Delilvery is Awesome
This was my first experience with Power Delivery (PD) and I'm very impressed. It's capable of charging all my devices. It charges my phone (10W), Nintendo Switch (18W), and laptop (65W). Note that the laptop slow charges since this battery bank can't put out 65W, but it's still fairly quick. With PD, I no longer have to carry around two or three wall chargers, cables or battery banks when I travel. I don't even need my original laptop charger anymore which saves me a ton on packing space (I bought a 65W PD wall charger to go with the battery bank). Simply put, PD is awesome and it's definitely the future. The size of the bank is somewhat large. Similar dimensions to a large cellphone with a thick case. I don't think it's too large though. It fits in my standard Nintendo Switch carrying case without putting pressure on the joysticks or screen. The battery life is very impressive. Off of a full charge, I used it to charge my laptop from 65% to 100%, my Nintendo Switch from 27% to 100% and my phone from 19% to 100%. It's indicating that it still has 50% left on it (two blue LEDs).I did experience one small issue. My phone will not charge off of the USB-C PD port (Motorola G Power 2020). Other devices work fine off that port. I believe this is an issue with my phone and not the charger. Maybe Motorola used a proprietary fast charging system for this model or maybe PD doesn't work with older devices. My phone works with the USB-A port though. It will actually display TurboCharge on the screen, which I haven't seen before even with the original charger that came with it.

Continued to work after expanding after being left in super hot car then outside in pouring rain.
I recently left this in a VERY hot car while recharging it using a solar charger while camping and expecting rain - hence the poor decision to leave it in the car and not outside. Hours later the case had expanded. I then left it outside in the rain for about 24 hours with the button facing up. It still worked and charged perfectly. This is why I am a loyal Anker user. I never left it in the car again (it was left in the fire pit when not being watched) and disposed of properly before getting on the flight home.
