Can't get sheets to feed thru the printer properly. Seems printer can't sense that it's there & ends up spitting it out without printing. Advice pls?

If you can feed the plastic to your computer by holding it straight that is best. It does not like it in the paper tray. Some printers have a manual feed in the front or back of them.

What diference are between the matte and the white? I want them for use it with ink jet and do jewerly.THanks!

I have used both the clear and the white inkjet film. I have not used the "matte" unless this is the clear film. I did not have good luck with the white film as it just did not shrink well. It was not smooth and I couldn't get it to flatten out. My favorite is the clear inkjet film and recommend using the upper range oven temperature on the directions. A tip would be to keep any scraps and try shrinking them first to be sure the temp. is correct rather than take a chance on your actual project

i'm looking for a shine to it which one do i get for that? I'm using it for pic to make a charm braclet with them

The pictures are matte not shiny. The only way to get a shiny look is to use a clear glossy shine spray on the charms after they are baked. I do this a lot myself anyway so that they will be waterproof. Otherwise they do get dull and scratched after a lot of wearing. I have made hundreds of bracelets like this with band albums, wedding party for the bride, School pics through the years for a graduate, Children and grandchildren for mother's day. I used to have a website called OnACharm and sold tons of them.

Can I stamp on these or use paint markers or glitter before baking?

I have stamped on these with wonderful results but ONLY with StazOn ink which is sold here on amazon.com. Have fun!
