Potato powder + corn starch = baked potato chips ?
Hated them ! These are not “Regular” potatoes made into fries. It’s rather potato powder mixed and mashed up with corn starch into chips ! If that’s what you are looking for - you may like them. Felt over starchy and didn’t like them a bit. Had to buy 2 because Amazon insisted on a minimum qty. but gave away 1 and never ordering again
