After adding these to my bath I noticed my legs had stopped aching, could have just been luck but I hope it was down to using these.

I have used the unfragranced magnesium in the bath for many years and it’s great for sore muscles. I thought I would try this lavender and chamomile one but it smells musty. I work as an aromatherapist and I can tell this doesn’t smell of real essential oils: unless I just happen to have a bad batch. I will stick to the unfragranced one from now on and add my own oils to it.

These are perfect for the bath and soaking away aches and pains. They dissolve easily and it’s a big bag
