Q: Is this foundation cruelty free?

Are you sure? I thought there is a law in UK + France where cosmetics must be cruelty free. I hope the company responds, because that's just strange. Companies ala France, is it crurely free? Is that a law?

Q: What color would be good for fair skin? I used to use a foundation from Chanel that was beige rose and it was perfect.

I use a foundation from Too Faced called Porcelain.
