Q: Does this product work?

Yes, it works as described by seller/producer. I put them on the wall near smoke alarms as they hold the dates for last battery changes. I do the same near the heater to keep track of filter changes. Hope this helped.

Q: Is the adhesive full coverage or only on 3 inch or 5 inch side? Ty

The ones I have are 1 3/8 x 1 7/8. They are 1/2 adhesive on the 1 3/8 side.

I found these post it notes' stickiness to last as long as is needed especially if they are not moved around to new locations.
