Are they dishwasher safe?

Greetings! I just used them last night! They will survive the dishwasher. They are designed for the oven and can be placed under the broiler for French onion soup. I prefer to wash them by hand as they have a lip which the dishwasher may not reach in its cleaning process. I treat them as I would any ceramic dishware. Good cooking!

If you fill one to the brim -- so the cover can still be put on it -- it'll hold 2 cups.

Does this say made in the USA on it?

This bean pot has nothing on it that say's where it's made but I love using it for many different dishes.
