Perfect density and length
The quality for the price is worth it. I think its moresolid than my Gaiam foam roller. I appreciate it came wrapped in plastic while still being in the box, peace of mind of minimal handling. I tried it out the moment I unwrapped it and I will definitely be using this daily to relieve my stiff back. It was easy to relax into and I felt stable enough to rock side to side length wise. Perfect length!
