What's the difference between Magnesium and Magnesium Citrate??

It is safe to take larger amounts of magnesium glycinate, which is the most highly recommended for constipation and anxiety issues resulting in insomnia. 400 Mg of magnesium glycinate provides 96% of the RDA of magnesium. Magnesium malate provides 18% of RDA for 500 Mg. It is the best form of magnesium for energy metabolism. Typically, a person taking magnesium malate would take 1500 Mg of magnesium malate, providing 54% of RDA. Magnesium taurate is best for heart and brain health, including migraines. With magnesium taurate 1500 Mg provides less than 29% of RDA. Magnesium oxide is about 4% bio-available. This is about half the bio-availability of magnesium taurate, and the recommended dosage of magnesium oxide is only 500 Mg.

How big are the pills? Trying to find something my 13 year old can swallow, she isn't able to swallow large pills.

I canʻt swallow big pills either, but these are CAPSULES, which makes them easier to swallow. The caps are a little under 3/4 inch long. I wouldnʻt be able to swallow a pill that big, but again, the capsule makes it easier because they are softer and more pliable.

It went back to $7.99 as an add-on item/$35&up free thing... you might want to grab more than 1 bottle (and store them somewhere cool) just in case (or they sell this at health stores too--it's $8.50 at my grocer/main place for most things but my co-op has a super relationship w/NOW so they get it for less than even Super Supplements :))
