Q: I am looking for a terra cotta clay to use with essential oils after it dries. Will this clay work? It needs to be porous to use w/ essential oils.

Yes. I work in a nursing home and we made pendants and use lavender oil with them.

Q: After curing will this be ok for aquarium decor?

There is no "curing" this clay: it will remain water-soluble. So no, not okay for an aquarium.

Q: I want to make jewelry for essential oils. Do i need to seal it after it is dried and before applying essential oil? If so, what kind of sealer ?

I don't seal mine at all, if you do the clay won't absorb the oils. You only need to apply a small amount of oil to your dried jewelry, allow time for it to soak in.

Q: Is this clay waterproof? Could you use it for holding plants?

This clay is not waterproof. Even after it has dried it can be rehydrated and turned back to workable clay. It would not be recommended for holding plants or flowers. You would need a ceramic clay that has been fired in a kiln for it to be waterproof.
