After struggling with heartburn on and off for years and trying tums/rolaids and even Omeprazole these are the only thing that consistently has helped my heartburn. Remarkably affordable and effective, they taste and smell fine & chew and dissolve easily. Very easy to take.

An issue with many papaya products is that they only help with carbs. These have additional enzymes to also help with fats, which at least for me is my bigger digestive issue. Fatty/greasy foods, especially in conjunction with spicy foods (hello, buffalo wings!), sometimes cause discomfort, especially later in the evening. In the past, I have sometimes used acid reducer meds, generic versions of meds that also go by expensive brand names with TV ads. With these, especially when combined with a tablespoon or two of Brioschi effervescent granules in water for immediate relief, I have not needed the meds - the natural lemonade-flavored granules give immediate relief, and the papaya helps digest the problematic foods to give long-term relief. Better results without chemicals. And yes, they also taste yummy - the peppermint just adds to the fruity papaya.

I've been using these for years and they work well for upset stomachs, queasiness, and gas. Always? Not always, but most of the time. It obviously depends on what's causing the symptoms. If it's bacterial or viral, this won't help. But for most applications, it's terrific. It's all natural, and FWIW, it tastes good when you chew it. The ingredients have been shown in studies to settle stomachs and reduce inflammation (papain and bromelain).

This supplement is very helpful with my heartburn symptoms but they changed the flavor to a mint instead of a fruity flavor. I prefer the fruity flavor personally.
