Amazing water brush practice set!!!!! Has four fundamental brush stroke sheets and two books with Chinese characters. The two brushes are also great, haven't had shedding on either brush. I really like the grey brush with finger indent placement. Great set to learn Chinese or in my case Japanese (kana + kanji). I was going through a lot of paper and sumi ink but with this, once the sheets dry you can do it over again and use water. Takes away from having to rinse brushes and ink stone with daily practice! LOVE IT!

Better than I expected! Very carefully packaged. Whole set as described, and comes with two brushes and an instruction for beginner Chinese calligraphy. The shorter brush has to dents to guide where you put your fingers. Can’t wait to start!

good quality and reasonable price

The quality is really good, nice brushes and practice books.

My son is taking Chinese as a foreign language in school, and he has been asking for something like this so he can practice writing the characters. He won't watch the videos, although I think they are helpful. But he spends hours playing with this set. We also bought some larger sheets of blank paper to use along with this set. I love how you just need water, and once it dries you can reuse the paper!
