Seriously Good Quality ProductWore it for my last set of SQUATS @ 180 KG's and lifted with relative comfort and no knee pain and I have a past meniscus tear from 2012 which has prevented me from progressing on squats.I recommend this to anyone who wants to lift a little extra but never use thesw for light lifts as it creates a poor habit of relying on them.
