Definitely takes some time to get used to. If you get the reusable containers it limits you to 4.5 oz. Also, for me it's leaked a few times, which I didn't think would happen since it's made for movement. I use my hospital grade as my main and this when I am on the go and need a quick session. It also doesn't connect well with the app, it takes too long to load and the information isn't correct sometimes

Replacement for my daughter pump, she love this model. And it's comfortable for her.

I purchased these as replacements to the original flange that came with my pump, and it seems they changed the design. The original flange had a teal, silicone grip that helped you open the little door flap, and this one is missing that, so your finger slips off every time you try to open the flap. The door flap is also more clunky and doesn’t close as smoothly. I’m also seeing an immediate drop in supply because the flange is pumping air vs emptying my breast even though I purchased the same exact size as before. Very disappointed!!

The containers are super unreliable. For a $600 system, stuff should work and they should give you all the instructions. The containers worked for a week. Then milk started spilling out whenever I tried to empty the tubes in the end. They couldn’t figure out why so they sent me new containers. Then after one use I would only get yellow lights and couldn’t figure out why. After two weeks on it not being reliable I called support again and they’re like “oh are you doing a weekly vinegar rinse?” How would I Know to do a vinegar rinse if it’s not in your instructions? Moreover, online, they only talk about it under “deep clean” not “why isn’t my container working.” I was heading out the door so didn’t have time to do a vinegar rinse. The whole thing is just unreliable. I shouldn’t have to call support everyday bc some new weird issue keeps popping up.
