This product is awesome. No strange lingering aftertaste. I’ve seen both a boost in my mood(boyfriend thanks you) and my skin has seen a huge boost in clarity and smoothness. I work in the beauty industry(Hair + Lashes) and I recommend it to all of my clients the moment they comment on how nice my skin is. I’m not going to say it’s going to be a stand alone miracle product however, if taken with a good mix of other vitamins and a pretty simple skin care regiment(daily face wash, coconut oil and a weekly mud mask), it truly works to enhance the improvement of the skin overall. +++ back to the mood thing..... really, it helps amplify my happy quote a bit and that alone is WORTH IT! Okay these are a little bigger and harder to swallow (and that coming from a person who already takes ’horse pills’) than other fish oil supplements. However, it’s the highest quality of fish oil I’ve ever tried. No fishy smell, or any smell at all, and I’m not afraid the supplement is going to break. I’ve been taking fish oil since I was a teen so if you’re new to fish oil and want to know the benefits, I can’t really help you there. I just know that this is a high quality product and I’m going to stick with it.

It was my first time using these vitamins. No after taste and I noticed a change in my skin. Just wish they gave a free sample but otherwise great pills!
