Great price great product!
This is as good as it gets for cordless! I bought this and threw a battery in it the second it was delivered. I was in the middle of redoing the plumbing on an in ground pool so I used this with a metal blade and cut right through 1" pvc and copper pipes with ease. As always, the blades you buy are more important to cut speed and quality than your tool in most cases. This isn't dewalt but it's also a mere fraction of the price of a dealt sawzall. I'm not a contractor who beats the life out of his tools, but I use this saw several times a week and I have had no problems. I expect it to keep up with all of my other craftsman cordless tools which haven't let me down yet and they are doing on 10 years old. A must have for your collection!

This is my second one of these... The first one got completely abused for 6 years and did great. Definately took a lot of use and held up fine. The weak spot is the lifetime of the batteries... But that is how all batteries are. This new one looks nicer and feels a little more rugged than my older model.

Great saw
Works just fine. I wanted something to trim bushes around our house but felt like a chainsaw is overkill while a hedge trimmer just wouldn't cut it. I already had a drill driver that uses the 19.2v nicad battery which works with this also. I will probably upgrade that battery to the lithium one in the future.

Great tool, too bad batteries are hard to come by
So I had my original C3 stolen so I bought this replacement and it is a great price and works awesome, sadly 19.2V Batteries are getting harder to come by for OEM and the aftermarket batteries are straight crap.

So great I have two.
This is my second one, purchased as a spare for up at my remote work site. Works great, the large red quick release tab for the blade is excellent. Product arrived seemingly brand new, with extra blades.The unnecessary momentary "lawyer button" for the trigger is much like the other C3 saws. A clamp and some Gorilla Glue holds it in place so I can actually use the tool normally.Lasts a long time with branded C3 batteries. This particular listing does not include a battery, buyer beware.

Great tool!
I have used Craftsman cordless tools for years, but never owned the reciprocating saw. I was very happy with the power and how balanced the tool is.
