These mini waffle cookies are delicious! I bought these specifically to make Spaghetti Eis, an ice cream treat popular in Germany. With a potato ricer, press vanilla ice cream in long strands to emulate spaghetti over a mound of whip cream then top w strawberry sauce (red spaghetti sauce), coconut or white chocolate flakes, (parmesan cheese effect) then for the final touch, add 2 of these mini cookies to look like meatballs. It's a fun treat to make and it looks really festive! Easy, too!
