غير مريح في المعدة ، غازات
طعم سيئ لم استطع تققبله ، عند شربه تشعر في ثقل في المعدة وتشعر انك غير مرتاح الافضل ربما لانه بودرة ، ايضا تند وضعه في الماء بسرعةً يتكتل ربما يناسب البعض ولكن بالنسبة لي لم اشعر انني سوف استطيع تناوله بعد الان ربما الحبوب سوف تكون افضل هاذا رأي يمكن للبعض لا يشعرون بنفس الشيء
