Not sweet and not zero calories
The taste per serving is definitely not sweet. I don't understand how there's 8g carbs per serving (1/2 tsp) but it's 0 calories? and 8g of carbs for that little is a lot if you need to add 4+ servings just to get a little sweetness. Definitely disappointed, I was really excited for this based on the reviews.

The best so far
Was the first Monk fruit sweetener i tried, loved it. Since then i tried a couple more brands, one on amazon and one from supermarket, but neither come close to this one in taste and sweetness. I use it as if it was sugar, and only in coffee, so don't know about cooking with it.

Es una opción saludable para hacer alguna receta a la cual no sabes la cantidad de endulzante que usar ya que la mayoria de otros endulzantes como stevia endulzan mucho mas y el dificil calcular la cantidad a usar. Con esta puedes usar la misma cantidad que diga una receta para azucar regular, peeeeero... no endulza igual por lo que se me hace costosa para lo que rinde. Pero si estas intentando cambiar habitos alimenticios y te gusta hornear uno que otro postre para el fin de semana es muy buena opcion
