Can I use this product as well as the cetane boost at the same time?

I would not use both products at the same time. I use the “Ford” product as it is both a performance additive along with anti-gel features. This works great in my 2003 7.3

Do I need the ford funnel to add this or is the bottle neck the right diameter?

I use a cheap funnel & and cheap glass measuring cup to pour in a he correct amount to answer your question I believe the bootle neck is small enough to pour without a funnel given the vehicle configuration will accommodate the bottle neck

Is this compatible with a 2003 6.0 powerstroke manual 4wd engine?

Yes.....compatible with all Ford diesel engines.
