Let me just start with yes, these absolutely work AND they work better than anything else I've tried. I've tried Lemme Purr, Happy Hoo Ha and those viral pineapple gummies and they couldn't possibly compare. I started noticing a difference within the first couple of days but thought maybe it's all in my head. But two things have happened to me that have provide evidence that these are changing my body. The first one is my period. I've always had horrible periods. Before it starts my thighs will cramp up so bad that I spend my day punching them or laying on a heating pad and then my left breast will be so sore that before I made the connection that I was my period causing it, I've gone and got it checked out twice! Plus I am an actual emotional mess. Rage and tears at every turn. And then once it starts I have regular cramps and back pain that are so bad they keep up throughout the night, even with taking pain relievers. And of course, the flow. I'll spare you from the details but I will say that will last for 7 full days+. My first month after taking them, I had no warning signs I was about to get my period. Zero pain or emotional irregularities. My flow was so light and was basically over after 3 days but a little spotting lasted for another day or so. The other thing that has happened was my dreams. I'm someone who will dream maybe 3-4 times a year. Now I dream every time I sleep. I usually wake up 2-3 times during the night and each time I've had some wild, vivid dream. This scared me initially because the only time this has happened was when I was pregnant but since that was fairly unlikely I decided to ask my friend Google if probiotics can cause this and it can. No other probiotic has ever done either of these things to me. I'm excited to see how my body continues to change and benefit!
