Exactly what I needed to patch!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This short XLR patch cable pack is perfect for tight setups where you don’t need a lot of slack. The build quality is solid: connectors feel snug and secure, and the cable itself is flexible but durable. Great for connecting gear in a rack, patching between audio interfaces, or cleaning up cluttered cable runs. At just 1 foot, it’s ideal for keeping things tidy without extra cable getting in the way. No noticeable signal loss or noise, even with multiple in use. If you’re looking for a reliable, compact XLR cable for studio or live use, this one does the job well.

Very good quality at a very fair price point.
For the price the build quality is quite good. I’m a recording engineer and I would never compromise on quality… But a good price point is important as everybody has a budget. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Cheapo Goodo
They came without any card label/sleeve or anything (nothing like the picture). Instead, they were wound up tight into more or less 6" coils, which is the tightest I've ever seen mic cables being wound. It made me wonder how much they know about mic cables if they wound them up this small. On top of it, they were tied with wire ties, like the kind you see on devices' power cables. You don't do that to mic cables because I've never heard anybody say: "Don't you step on my extension cord, or my vacuum cord" , But you'll get a look from the sound guy that'll pierce your pie-loving hoppedy-mood in half if you stepped on his mic cables. To top it all off they were dumped in a simple transparent bag that looked like the bags they sell 12 pairs of off-brand white socks in. So my first impression was that of cheap and carelessly packed products, by people who likely don't know anything about the product itself. "Wadaya mean I don't know nophing 'bout the product? Isza cabew! Whatcha want? Huh? Or, You wanna water hose? Hey! We got that too." That's the feeling I got. But, I did try them, and they all worked. Wow! (Victory dance). The sound was ok. So I saiz to myself: "Watcha want huh? Fo zis price, shut up and do the cha-cha!" They waz pretty cheap, I'll give you that. So I am satisfied. Here, take 4 stars guyz. Haz a nice day to you, OK? bye bye! See you soon! P.S. I can save and return the cable ties to you, maybe they can be use for cell phone charger??? Leave a comment below, or above or anywhere you can if you want them. Oh, wait, no you cannot leave a comment. Well, never mind that then.

Long reach for a corded microphone
"When we're taking the cordless mic into the audience to get comments and feedback, the audio gets a bit fuzzy and breaks up sometimes." "Well those are cheap cordless mics. With some human bodies in between the mic and the base unit, you're likely to suffer some of those drop-outs." "How much does it cost to get different cordless mics?" "All the cheap ones suffer from the same problem. It costs wayyy too much to get the high-quality cordless ones." "Well, uh, how about if we just use a really long cord with a corded mic? Would that give us good bang for our buck?" "Let's try it." <Buys from Amazon> "Hey, wow, the audience Q&A went really well, with no fuzzy audio and no drop-outs!"

Well-made reliable cables
Gear-It is my new go-to for all XLR cables and their Ethercon audio and lighting snakes. I needed a handful of short cables (drums, etc) and this six-pack of cables was affordably priced and worth every nickel. I bought them **because** I've already used their Ethercon offerings for 4-channel audio snakes (connected via CAT 5e network cables (I use CAT 6 and love nested parentheses)). Check them out (and my review here on Amazon). Brilliant (the gear, not my review :0). As a bonus, these Ethercon rigs are exactly what you need to control your DMX lighting if you use such things. A couple of spares and your redundancy is complete for both audio AND lighting. How cool is that? Get ya some.
