Votion Rayn Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner, Model 26

I have been looking for something to clean our jewelry for a long time. This product cleans perfectly and the jewelry looks as new post a cleaning. The engagement ring of my wife litteraly looked brand new and there is no need to go get her jewelry cleaned by the jewelers It doesn't make any noise compared to other cleaners and the best of all is compact enough to fit anywhere.

I wasn't impressed with this little beauty at first, but after contacting the seller I realized I was trying to get the machine to do something it's not made to do. That said, this a fantastic cleaner for gems & gold (does not do silver). I clean my wedding ring in it and it comes out looking like new.

Not blown away, get the job done. Not an hands on deep clean, but darn close.

LOVE it!!! It cleans quickly and easily. No more smelly chemicals either. What i think is great about is is that it so small. I can store it away in a small corner of my bookshelf! I definitely recommend it to anyone. It was packaged well by the company too so i appreciated that as well. I order on line a lot so packaging is important to me. THE RYAN ULTRASONIC IS ULTRA FANTASTIC!

I was really curious about this product as it doesn't need any special cleaning agents that may ruin jewelry. All you need to do is add water and follow the instructions about the timing. I was a bit hesitant at first, so I tested it with a kitchen utensil and was pleased the item looked shinier, so I put my watch in & it came out cleaner! Some of the "gooey" build-up that I didn't dream would ever go away easily wiped right off after a few minutes in the ultrasonic cleaner. I was impressed!

Seems ok but fail to include the bottle cleaner as stated.

Just received this jewelry cleaning machine today and tried it on some silver bracelets. Set it on triple the amount of time and it did absolutely NOTHING!!! These pieces were sterling silver so should have cleaned very well. Ended up finishing the job with liquid jewelry cleaner that you can get anywhere (even the grocery store)! Don't waste your money. This is NOT a good product and I am returning for a refund!

I ordered and then returned this product several months ago. I used it several times, but it did not seem to really make a difference. The company seemed very concerned about my disappointment, so they sent me a new one to try along with a bottle of cleaner. It does seem to work much better when using it with the cleaner.
