Can this be used to clean an engine bay ?

Yes. Clean all the “Wheels and Tires” you find under the hood with it. After all, it is labelled as a “Wheel and Tire” cleaner.

Is this safe to use around anodized wheels?

Just wipe it off right away and you should be fine...it's a non corrosive tire shine

Safe for ceramic coated wheels ?

Skip this stuff and use soap and water....then spray on any reputable wheel shine and coating. It will be a better use of your time and money. Turtle wax spray wax is fine, but I use Torque ceramic coating and it is great.

safe on powdercoated wheels?

Yes, but so is soap and water. Save your money on this stuff.

This is not an ALL thing!!

It left terrible white streaks on my black rims, this is not an ALL wheel and tire cleaner. Even the tire cleaning was average.
