didnt last too long
bought it in August 2021, in February 2025 is already leaking and needs to be replaced. Expected higher quality given the brand and for a new brand item.

After Sales Service / warranty claim absolute disaster!
I received a faulty unit. My contractor installed the water heater and it leaked from inside. In short i wasted two weeks because the seller will just say call Ariston service center for which u need to ask seller to get invoice to send it to Ariston. 2-3x days Ariston team passes by to check unit only to find out what we know already without any solution in sight. All he does fills out a replacement form and says: call Ariston and share paper to collect water heater urself from their warehouse. Never buy water heater from here, let that ur contractor deal with because if u ever have issues u only loose money and hell lot of time and nerves about non sense processes
