Q: Do these sizes run large or small? What should I get if I wear a mens large?

I'll say large. I purchased a large because I'm 6'3" 210lbs with wingspan and I didn't want it to look small on me. It fit just right.

Q: are the collar pips removable?

Yes, they are pins that are easy to adjust/remove and the costume comes with a guide, showing the various ranks and the correct combination of pips.

Q: What color is this shirt actually? The picture shows a good engineering shirt but it says science officer, which is blue.

I received blue. I didn’t read the description and just went off the picture. I had to return it, but I did find another listing that was called “Lt Commander Data” so I knew it was the right color!

Q: The only color it shows as being available in my size (large) is "multicolor" - But it shows red on the model for the picture. What is multicolor?

It is red and black as it shows on the model. Very well made but runs small in size.
