I really want to lose a lot of weight in the shortest time I can but, dieting sucks and exercising requires a lot of time. Using this requires me to only do a minimum of both and that's what I love this product. This minimizes my appetite so I don't mind cutting back on my food portions and this also gives me an energy boost so with the excess energy, I used that to go have regular workouts. I am losing an average of 3 pounds a week with the use of this product. This is pretty satisfying results in my opinion and I would be regularly buying this product from now on

I didn't notice any change in my weight or the way I feel. My appetite stayed pretty much the same. The need to change eating habits was not suggested, so I may try that next.

I'm posting two stars because forskolin actually does work to reduce weight in many people. (This applies to any brand of forskolin extract, not just Nature Bound.)That said ...First, it cranks your cortisol up, way up. I was having near-constant panic-level anxiety from it, with blood pressures over 150/100. It took me a few weeks to figure out what was doing it. I'd rotated through all my foods and supplements and this one was toward the end of the rotation, unfortunately.Second, several studies indicate that it "thins your blood", lowering the INR/Prothrombin Time, which may potentially be fatal to some heart and stroke patients. If you're over 40, stay away from it without a complete physical/stress test. If you have a good INR/PT, then your doctor may approve of it.It does cause apoptosis in many kinds of cancer cells. But I can not stress strongly enough that if you have cancer, you MUST work with your cancer team! If for no other reason, than to advance the science of cancer control and possible cure.Even if you're young, health, and overweight, check with the doctor and see if s/he thinks its a wise choice for you. Most people have no adverse reactions, but I did. It was nasty stuff.

I started using this a few months ago to kick start my weight loss goal. I take three caps ones every major meal. I really helps me when it comes to controlling my appetite for snacks that are high in calories and sugar. Didnt see much of a difference

I've only had this for two weeks but I already feel the great effects. I had a decreased appetite and my energy has been greatly boosted. I do not feel fatigue anymore even after a day of strenuous physical activity. I have not kept track of my weight but I feel a lot lighter. I highly recommend this as it had no side effect on me because it's made from all natural ingredients

Watch the Other Ingredients. The bottle i received has more than rice flour as listed. 3 ingredients I can't pronounce. I have kidney disease and these pills swelled my ankles severely.

I understand all persons are different.And not all the products act the same to all.I didnt see any effect with me taking this product.Maybe I need more than one bottle that I all ready consume,but no, I wont continue buying this product.Does not work with me.
